Angry Computer crashes when running Fusion Games on Direct3D9

When running a Direct3D9 Clickteam Fusion game on my computer, my computer will sometimes crash, this never used to happen, and it only happens with games running on Direct3D9. HELP!
Edit: It most often happens when the Perspective Object is used...

    A few questions...

    1. What resolution is the game running at?

    2. Are you using very many/any large objects, and/or do they have lots of animation frames?

    3. How much memory does the game seem to be using (either according to the Task Manager (which can also give you an idea how much processing power it is using), or according to CF2.5's debugger)?

    4. What are your computer's specs? If you can't answer that easily, then that's fine.

It's only been happening for the past month or so... my computer used to be able to work perfectly with it, No matter the resolution.

In that case, how about you just answer questions 2 and 3 (and in the case of question 3, I recommend you compare what the debugger says to what the Task Manager says to see if maybe something weird is going on)?

This is just an idea (since you said it's a recent development), but there is a free tool called "Game Booster" which deletes any unnecessary background processes on your computer, so you can play games in peace (it can also restore them after you're done). You might try running your game with Game Booster enabled; if the crash goes away, it means there is some bloatware on your computer messing things up. I would also run a virus scan if I were you.
