Windows screen Undertale-shake help

Does anyone how to make the windows screen shake in cf2.5 like it does at the end of the genocide route with Chara in Undertale?
I saw it before on a clickteam fusion game, but i don't know how to do it.

If so then it's the same thing I posted earlier but you apply it to the Window Control Object instead of the Storyboard Controls thus making the game window shake. If not, what part are you referring to?

I have no idea what Undertale screen shaking is but if you want to move the whole window the Windows Control object is what you need.
Its really easy -- Shouldn't take you more then 10 or 15 minutes fooling around to figure it out.
