Redemption at Outpost 56 - #iwanttocreate jam entry

Hi all

A buddy of mine and I teamed up to form a little studio a little while back and have been working on a couple games. But most recently when we saw the #iwanttocreate jam, we decided that'd be fun to join and put together something as our first release.

Redemption at Outpost 56 is our submission. It's a Metroidvania-type platformer. You can download it here:

Let me know what you think! And if you have time leave a nice review for us This is my first release since 2002, and the first for the guy I worked with. I did all the coding, cutscenes, and some in-game graphics, he did the story and most of the platform tile graphics.

Thanks Jeff! Feels really good to be back in it. I might be hooked on game jams now too, it was a blast to have a deadline and come up with a plan quickly to see what we could do. Much more satisfying than working on something endlessly and never finishing it.
