I have never heard of that -- Do you have some sort of Android anti virus thing running on the phone?

Did you try a google to see if anyone knew in general about it?
Since it has to do with APK files and not Fusion in particular (but APK made with Fusion I assume)

    Honestly, I'm not sure.
At first, I thought that I installed the android exporter incorrectly.
But a couple days ago I tried to download the PokÚmon Go and of course my phone said it was unable to scan.

I am able to install from an unknown source.
I don't have any third party app that locks my device.
My phone has been able to install apk files before.

Lookout is installed on my phone. But I can't delete it as it's preinstalled on my phone.
