No Build Tools Installed

When I try to export my game as a .apk file, it gives me the following error:

I want to note that I have installed build tools (Multiple Versions) and have set the pathways correctly.

mm, did you install the android SDK?

if so you did install the java sdk and android sdk following this tutorial

if you have experience with android open sdk manager in the android directory and check if the build tools are installed.
