Game freezing in HTML5 but not as an .exe or .mfa

I've uploaded the game to itch.io (secret url) but within minutes of playing it, it'll often freeze and require a refresh to work again. The game works fine in CTF 2.5 so I'm not sure what I could do to fix the problem. A quick way to trigger a freeze is for either player to uncrouch.

Here's the .mfa, I don't use any non-default plugins or extensions.

I notice a problem when you press the "S" key to make the player lay on the ground.
It gets suck so there is a bug in there someplace concerning the conditions for that so if you can narrow down a little example of which one it is please put a report in the bug tracker.

I notice if I just move back and forth the game runs forever and doesn't freeze.
