Click on Task Button to minimize

In my Taskbar (Windows 7), if I click on a Task Button the app is brought to the front, and clicking the Task Button again will hide (minimize) the app. My Fusion app does not behave like this for some reason. If I click on the Task Button of my Fusion app, it gets brought to the front, but clicking the button again does not hide (minimize) it. Any idea why this is happening?

    Thanks!

I figured out the solution, posting it in case it's useful to someone else.
I had "Deactivate Minimize Button" on. Which also caused the behavior I described. Reactivating it fixed my problem.
