Simple Platformer Setup Makes Tank Fall On Startuo

I am trying to setup platformer that will turn into an endless runner via this. However I have run into a small snag. When i run the app the tank falls through the ground. I have set the platformer object at the start of the frame and am checking for collisions. I tried checking for the other type of collision and it won't work because it won't give me the option to select the ground as the other object. Regardless it still isn't working. I am attaching my source in hopes someone can figure out what I'm doing wrong. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Microline, it's because there on different layers. Objects on different layers don't interact. Put the tank and ground on the same layer and it will fix your problem
