I have 247, in fact, no new extensions want to show up. Does MMF2 just hate me or did I do something wrong? I installed it to the proper location, yet I only see the extension I already have and not any of the ones I installed from a few days ago.

Most extensions require that you have the latest build of MMF2 installed, which is currently build 248.

I now have 248 and it isn't showing up still. May I should try a reinstall...
Edit: The re-install did the trick! I must've done the wrong directory the first time. YAY!

I made a simple curve example, then used it to make a pretzle. The Key Object was useful for drag and drop.

Hi there,
I know that the current version of VectorialShape object begins to be quite old and I apologize... but I hope this lack of new version will now be "corrected" by the new version I release today.
What's new:
- The text features are now compatible with HWA mode
- You can add 3 "layers" of text named "title", "sub-title" and "text". The title is bold, the sub-title is italic and the text is what you want. All the layers have the same police, size and color. I don't know if I'll improve the features of these 3 layers currently.
- All the transformations features work with or without the background
- The bug of the picture background which don't follow correctly the shape if it's rotated is now corrected (that was a hard one )
- The thickness of the 2nd outline (the outline on the back) can be customized
- Bug with some memory leak
- Bug with fine collision detection initialization
- Bug with collision when there is less than 2 points
- Bug with shape initialization
- New actions/expression to set/get collision activation for outline and fillAlso, this new beta version don't have any more one popup at the start of frame and another at the end of frame. However there's a small text at the top-left corner of the shape saying "VectorialShape object - demo version". It allows you to test the object without being annoyed by some popups.
Please, report me any bug you found by PM or as a reply to this post.
Also, please, post your examples as an answer in this thread if you want, it's greatly appreciated.

Nice update, not sure if this is your extension, the file object or a simple error i made but when saving with the File Object it will only default to .svg the second time the file selector is loaded. Not sure why this happens, is it a bug maybe?

hey Sphax, looking very interesting!. I wonder if your goal is to have vector lines/shapes/objects inside MMF2 as complementary objects or in the future we would be able to make full vector products with this together with Flash runtime.

I think this object will also be ported to the MMF2 Flash runtime when the object and the runtime be finished.

You've simply opened the File selector before setting it. It's not a bug of File object nor VectorialShape. -

Thanks for your answer Spahx, I forgot to add on thing: Is in the plans to have "active vector object"? I mean, opening vector graphics, having them with animations, directions, icons etc just like regular active object? It will be possible to have vector graphics backdrops, etc? Make a full game product with this object?

Not currently but why not. Currently I'll try to finish this extension and then I'll see if I do another extension like that to support more than one shape at a time to let it import/export complete SVG. -
